The Sigma Iota Omicron Chapter Mentorship Pilot Program provides our Chapter members with the opportunity to connect with nursing mentors to develop their nursing skills and knowledge, strengthen their network, obtain career insights and guidance, and many more. The mentees are paired with a mentor who can best meet their learning needs.
